As a multigenerational and multicultural family, we understand the needs of world travellers better than most groups in our industry. Our hands-on approach with value engineering leads us to always seek opportunities to analyze building components so we can achieve cost effective efficiencies without sacrificing the performance, quality, reliability, and safety of our buildings. We incorporate ESG initiatives to address social and environmental impacts so we’re generating value for internal and external stakeholders for all our new and existing assets.
We operate more like an extended family, valuing each team member’s unique perspectives and contribution to every project. When we make a promise, we deliver. And when we see an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those around us, we take action.
This is our story
Our founders, Emtias Esmail and Meenaz Rajan, established our business and values through their unique experience in many different cultures and nations.
We were the first to bring the Hilton Garden Inn brand to Canada, in a groundbreaking agreement that allowed us to lead the franchise to new heights. Followed with the addition of our Holiday Inn Express location in Richmond, BC, we brought our winning processes and formulas to a property that many ignored, and transformed it into a travel hub with easy access to local amenities for guests. Since then, we have created a flourishing real estate portfolio of hospitality, commercial, and residential properties.
Today, we continue our growth as Ishtar Esmail and her team take the lead for the next phase of our history.
